Jacks in Gadsden

I cant bring myself to give them or any Jack's more than 3 stars. Ever since they changed their burgers it just sucks. Fries are awesome still but thats it...

Service is usually fairly good, and most of the time the food is really good tasting.

You never have to wait long for your food, hamburger s are very good.

Fast food just wish they could get the orders right.

I hate this place because of a manager that runs the Southside Jack's in alabama. She had completely ruined me ever stepping foot in another Jack's for the rest of my life. Her name is Kristie Roper and she insulted me, made me feel less of a human in front of people inside the restaurant, and even told me that she didnt want to serve my kind in her restaurant. I will never ever be back to another Jack's as long as I live until that woman is dismissed from her position as manager. She does not deserve to be a manager working for a place like this with a personality and attitude like that.

We always eat breakfast there on saturday mornings with our dogs. They play in the water and we feed the ducks. Pigeons. And geese. Service is great as well.

I usually have good food from this restaurant but this morning we got 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits, a large coffee.The coffee tastes burned.And the bacon was almost Raw.Jack's on nocallula mtn. Has just lost all my business.

Despite being in the lunch time rush, they were friendly to all customers thanking each of us for our business. They were quick and efficient. Everyone looked like they were having a good time and that makes a difference because we know how hectic we can feel when overwhelmed with rush traffic.

First time eating at a Jack's and definitely a great experience. We had chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, salads, chicken it self and coffee. It was very tasty. Clerk at the register was very nice and assist us with all questions we had on the menu, since it was our first time.

Part of our order wasmissing so by the time we got down the road and on the interstate to notice it was too late because we was on her way to work. Thanks for the hungry morning

Fast food is fast food. If you like Jack's go eat at Jack's bc the food literally tastes the same at every Jack's. I think people who work at Jack's are well trained in customer service bc I have noticed that every Jack's I have ever been to have really friendly workers.

I love Jack's food I just wish they had not changed the buns it makes the burger dry to much bread.

Came here last week since I was visiting family on the mountain. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Hannah. My first thought was that my experience might not be the best, since everyone looked like teenagers, even the manager, and young people (sadly) sometimes do not care about their jobs.. She and her crew proved me wrong. They were all friendly and the male cashier (do not remember his name) answered any questions I had. She managed her team with a smile and followed every request with a please and thank you.. in turn, her team replied with yes ma'am. She created an atmosphere where her employees were smiling and laughing and looked happy to be there, rare to find in any job setting. On top of all this.. my burger and shake was delicious and I only waited maybe 3 minutes on my order. I'm looking forward to coming back when I visit my family again.

Well I got there and I simply ordered 2 drinks with no ice and when I got to the window they both had ice in them and I asked very nicely if she would fix it and The manager Alaina rudely yanked them out of my hand with a very hateful attitude and then Ignored me until another worker heard me I would have gave them no star if Google would have let me. In my opinion people like that shouldn't be in management.

Hamburgers small but good (ate BigJack). Had to ask for ketchup (nothing in the bag for drive through). Bought a milkshake, but didn’t get a straw? No napkins in the bag. Ask for no onions and they put extra onions. Place can improve on the basics and it will be great.

Thay are faster than most and complete your orders correctly.

It was good and busy the lady who took our order was rude but the young that was working drive thru had to finish filling orders on front line because she had an attitude the manager was working her but off

Bought two piece chicken meal, payed extra for chicken breast, both were old. My dogs liked it. 6/30 pm on Saturday.

Worst jacks . Always get the wrong order! Greasy food and no good!

Cashiers are friendly and I have more positive experiences than negative ones. And in most cases the orders are filled quickly. Only have had to wait a little longer in their busy hours!

Convenient location by noccalula falls. Food was good, but bathroom had no toilet paper & wasnt clean.

Food was yum. Fries were the best fat crinkle cut with a special seasoning. Hubbie loved his burger and we ordered a second round of fries. So good. Thanks for a good experience.
